Charlotte Sports Cycling.

For those who choose to wait until race day to
register, there will be a $5 late fee.

Refund Policy
- 50% of your entry fee will be refunded
until seven days prior to the event. No refunds will be
issued for any reason week of the race or during the race
event.
- Event entries can be transferred up to three days
prior to the race event.
- NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy. By
registering for the Crossroads Classic event you agree to
these refund terms.
Weather
Policy
In the event of inclement weather during the
Crossroads Classic, the following procedures will be
followed:|
- The event will be postponed until the inclement
weather passes.
- If inclement weather does not pass by on race day,
the event will be canceled.
- If the event is canceled due to inclement weather,
a 100% credit will be issued for all registered
participants into the next event. No partial series
refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to
inclement weather.
